With Edge, there is no need to use the development beta.
Usually Edge is the first browser to use the updated stable of UBO.

A series of posts in the uBlock Origin thread were removed to comply with the DMCA. That left a gap with no remaining posts from April 12 to April 17. All those posts were about a custom filter list and the corresponding browser extension. Forum moderation decided the subject did not fit the thread and the forum.
Apart from that, there were no recent posts in the uBlock Origin thread. Room for new questions and news.

in you speak about the dmca request to bypass protected content you should take it as is. there are a lot of other forums where threads about this were removed.
the dmca request is a proper request and also fulfills European copy rights.

But of course. I'm not complaining.
I merely responded to ltsnow and explained that a series of posts was deleted, which left a gap in the thread.

Online Malicious URL Blocklist is default.
Are you looking for a better blocklist? Or something extra?

In Dashboard, Filter lists pane, you see uBlock Origin combines several filter lists.
Is that what you mean, 'is uBlock a combo list', or is it something else that you mean?

    Ah, good.
Is that the iam-py-test "uBlock combo list" (not affiliated with uBlock Origin)?
I couldn't find a "combo list uBlock Origin".

Regarding "uBlock combo list", under Mentions, it says Listed as an "all-purpose" list by yokoffing.
That links to the All-Purpose section of yokoffing's page, where there is a subscribe link for the uBlock combo list.
That subscribe link contains this URL for the filter list:
    https://raw.githubusercontent.com/iam-py-test/uBlock-combo/main/list.txt
Was that what you were looking for?

None. However, I block many TLDs that are frequently used for nefarious purposes.

Myself, I use uBlock Origin's default lists, plus some more lists like EasyPrivacy, and EasyList for my region, and Annoyances, but no extra malware blocklist. I see no need for extra malware blocklist.

Yes, I can imagine you want some additional filters, with browsing kids and Windows.

this thread is full of recommended lists, just chose one of those. its your experience to get along, not ours - we have set up our ruleset for our needs, which is different to yours. at least you have to handle if yourself, dont ask for this and that ~Snip~

    sorry, and for being misunderstood.

to be clear again - there exist no "one" solution for all. each user have to decide which chosen lists fits his needs. i read this thread from beginning, i have trialed several recommendations here, dropped some of those. my current filter list changes with time.

this is my current filter lists, from uBo backup
what i can say that i try to reduce the lists, to reduce the entries, in view to MV3.
less entries means faster loading and less pausing - for firefox -> yellow uBo symbol while loading.

but yes, i have several threads of this user in my mind, at least with no really solution. this is not the focus, but very similar to this question. chose a solution and getting along is the goal. not your experience? uninstall and reduce to the max!

Note that phishing and malware sites are usually very short-lived.
Most are only online for 24 hours.

    Dutch article:
https://www.security.nl/posting/839...e phishingsites binnen 24 uur offline gehaald

Just block third party scripts and iframes by default and don't click on links in email.
